Description:
The purpose of management consultancy services is "to create a more efficient and effective public administration, to the social and economic benefit of Romanian society", along with the "Improvement of the quality and efficiency of the supply of public services, with a focus on decentralisation".
The major and specific goals of the project have been achieved by:
- designing and implementing a performance indicator system foreach hierarchical level of the institution;
- a proper acquaintance with multi-annual budgeting and the elaboration of a practical guide
for the implementation thereof;
- implementing modern management methods and switchboard techniques;
- drawing up procedure manuals;
